Responsibilities include supervising SOP adherence, training new team members, managing inventory and safety programs, and serving as MOD. Some nights and weekends are required.

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs; ensure policy execution.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time with workload planning.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team to meet KPI targets.
• Review sales/production workload and plan sales floor time for networking.
• Manage inventory processes as assigned.
• Manage shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members; support talent development and performance management.
• Partner with MODs on framing expectations and leadership duties.
• Model positive behavior and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes; ensure SOPs and safety.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with omni-channel processes.
