Job summary

You will drive custom framing sales, oversee daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient service while delivering on KPI targets. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to SOPs, fostering an exceptional in-store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive and meet custom framing sales goals through excellent service.
• Assist customers in creating framing solutions for their art.
• Oversee SOP adherence, store policies, safety, and KPI achievement.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding and training of team members.
• Support with inventory, unloading trucks, and omni-channel processes.
