Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Leader at Traverse City, MI, to lead a framing team, drive custom framing sales, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role focuses on building relationships and executing store operations with a strong emphasis on KPI achievement and SOP compliance. You will contribute to talent development, participate in interviewing and training, and act as Manager on Duty while supporting omni-channel processes and daily store

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a framing solution.
• Ensure SOPs and Company programs are followed to maintain legal compliance and store standards.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs for the framing team and manage sales targets.
