Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs; ensure compliance.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet their targets.
• Review sales and production workload; build plans for the floor and networking.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
