Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality framing solutions on time.
• Assist customers in creating custom framing plans and upsell when appropriate.
• Manage SOPs, store policies, inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support interviewing, onboarding and training.
• Coordinate workload planning with Store Manager and drive KPI achievement.
