Job summary

Michaels Burlington is seeking a Store Lead to guide a framing team in providing high-quality custom framing solutions, building customer relationships, and driving sales in a busy retail setting. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure SOP adherence and operational excellence.

The role requires basic computer skills, prior framing or retail leadership experience, and a proven ability to coach a team toward achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management and leading a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to deliver customer-focused framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in executing SOPs and company policies.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing on time.
• Achieve KPIs and guide the framing team to meet their targets.
• Review sales and production workload to optimize staffing and customer service.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of new team members.
