• Lead and coach a framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure on-time framing delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve KPI targets for the framing team and drive sales.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
