The Michaels Companies Inc. - MSP-BLOOMINGTON, MN store is seeking a proactive leader to guide a team of framers focused on building strong customer relationships while delivering custom framing solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships and drive custom framing sales.
Assist customers in creating framing solutions for their art.
Manage SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
Develop and coach selling behaviors of the team and meet KPI targets.
Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver high‑quality framing solutions on time.
Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs; act as MOD when needed.
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members.
