Job summary

You will plan workload with the Store Manager, coach selling behaviors, manage inventory, shrink and safety programs, and serve as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth store operations. Night, weekend, and early morning hours are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery of framing projects.
• Plan workload with Store Manager, manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in recruitment, onboarding and training.
