Job summary

Michaels Stores in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Store Lead for our framing department. You will lead and coach a team of framers, focus on building customer relationships, drive custom framing sales, and ensure on-time delivery of framing solutions.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain SOPs, manage staffing and workload, oversee inventory and safety programs, and support Omni-channel processes.
