Job summary

Michaels Hyannis is seeking a store team member to help customers, run a fast checkout, and keep the sales floor well stocked.

You will assist with online order pickup and ship-from-store, participate in truck unloading, merchandising, and safety programs, and represent the brand with a positive attitude.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and upsell programs like rewards.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Enroll customers in rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
