Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring for a Store Lead - Framing position in Bloomington to lead a team of framers and drive custom framing sales. You will coach team members, manage daily workflow, and ensure high-quality framing solutions for customers, while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading a framing team, handling onboarding and training, and partnering with MODs to execute store priorities and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPI’s and manage the framing team to meet their goals.
• Review workload and plan sales floor time; manage inventory and shrink programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training.
