Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Custom Framing Manager at Monroeville, PA to lead a team of framers, build strong customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workload, deliver high quality framing solutions, and ensure on-time service.

This full-time role requires leadership, coaching, and operation of SOPs, inventory, shrink, safety, and omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to drive custom framing sales.
• Assist Store Manager with SOPs and policy adherence.
• Plan workload and inventory, manage shrink and safety.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
