The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Bala Cynwyd, PA to lead a team of framer associates and drive custom framing solutions for customers. You will coach team members, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes developing selling behaviors, achieving KPI targets, and maintaining inventory, safety, and store standards. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are possible shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution.
• Manage and execute the inventory management processes as assigned.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Interviewing, onboarding, coaching, supervising and training of new team members; support Talent Development; Performance Mgmt.
• Partner with MOD on framing expectations.
• Acknowledge customers and assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes.
