Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Temp Framing Manager in Warrington to lead and coach a team of framers, focus on delivering high-quality custom framing solutions, and drive sales performance. You will plan workload with the Store Manager, manage inventory and safety, and participate in interviewing and training new team members.

Ideal candidates bring retail management experience and a track record of leading a sales team, with strong communication and customer service skills in a busy store

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality framing solutions on time.
• Drive custom framing sales and develop workload plans with the Store Manager.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; participate in hiring and training.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and uphold company policies and SOPs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
