Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Manage SOP adherence, Company programs, and ensure compliance with laws and store policies.
• Develop and coach selling behaviours; ensure high-quality framing solutions delivered on time.
• Review sales and production workload; plan staffing and framing on the floor.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; participate as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing expectations and maintain a positive store image.
