Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: basic computer skills.
• Preferred: retail management experience and leadership of a sales team.
• Experience in custom framing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers and drive custom framing sales.
• Assist customers in creating framing solutions for their art.
• Manage SOP adherence and store policies to maintain standards.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver framing on time.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control, and safety programs and serve as MOD.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and Talent Development activities.
• Support Omni channel processes.
