Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Preferred: previous custom framing or retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and store standards.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage framing team KPIs.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to optimize sales floor time.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training.
