Job summary

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting merchandise, and participating in unloading trucks, stocking and planogram tasks. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and employees must be at least sixteen years old in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Cash handling to standards and a fast checkout environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and enrollments.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and go-back processes.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; project a positive image.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
