Macy's, Inc. is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional service by selling and demonstrating fragrances, while supporting fulfillment and related duties.

The role involves both in-store and customer-facing activities across fragrance items, with hours varying by business needs and optimal staffing. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, typically 30+ hours or 12–24 hours per week, with scheduling dependent on store needs.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and address digital and in-store needs.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances through application or card samples.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Maintain proper presentation, organization, and stocking of products.
• Assist with pre-selling and sales events to maximize fragrance sales.
• Process receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs promptly.
• Ensure a safe, tidy work area and comply with asset protection procedures.
• Support hygienic standards and compliance in the store environment.
