Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and peers.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of total store and assist customers with fragrance products.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage through application and samples.
• Maintain proper product presentation, inventory, and replenishment.
• Attend product trainings and sales events to drive fragrance sales.
• Process receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs timely and accurately.
• Adhere to safety, asset protection, and hygiene standards.
• Foster respectful environment with colleagues and customers.
