Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse groups.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Resourceful and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in selling fragrances and related items.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage to customers.
• Assist inventory and ensure stock replenishment and presentation.
• Attend product training classes and participate in sales-driving events.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and comply with safety and asset procedures.
• Foster an accepting, respectful environment with colleagues and customers.
