You drive sales by promoting new launches, maintaining a polished space, and collaborating with the Beauty team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Ability to engage customers with warmth and expertise and recommend fragrances.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess preferences, demonstrate fragrances, and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Drive sales and loyalty by promoting launches and events, and collaborating with the Beauty team.
• Maintain a polished, organized, and shoppable space; assist with inventory, signage, and pricing.
• Use clienteling tools to build lasting relationships and communicate loyalty benefits.
• Process transactions using point-of-sale technology and support a seamless checkout.
