You will engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations reflecting their style, mood, and preferences, while educating them on notes, layering techniques, and usage.

You will contribute to a seamless shopping experience by fostering meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and delivering service with care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to engage customers with warmth and expertise.
• Clear communication in English.
• Experience with loyalty programs and upselling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
• Demonstrate products, educate on notes and layering, and close sales.
• Maintain a polished, shoppable space and up-to-date signage/pricing.
• Use clienteling and loyalty tools to build relationships and promote offers.
• Assist in opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Meet and strive to exceed daily sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
