Macy's Fragrance Sales Associate creates a warm, welcoming environment and delivers personalized fragrance recommendations based on customers' style and preferences. You educate on notes and layering, while driving sales and loyalty program participation.

You will maintain a neat, merchandised sales floor, assist with promotions, and process transactions using POS technology, all while delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Able to engage customers with warmth and expertise by assessing preferences and recommending products.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
• Demonstrate fragrances and educate customers on notes, layering, and usage.
• Maintain an organized, clean sales floor with merchandising and signage updates.
• Promote Macy's loyalty program and upsell products to meet sales goals.
• Process transactions using POS technology and assist customers throughout checkout.
