Macy's is seeking a Fragrance Sales Associate to create a warm, welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and expert fragrance recommendations. You’ll engage customers with notes, layering techniques, and product knowledge to help them feel confident and inspired.

You will contribute to a seamless shopping experience by merchandising, maintaining a clean floor, and leveraging loyalty programs to build lasting relationships with customers while meeting daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain fragrance notes and layering.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, engage with them, and recommend fragrances confidently.
• Learn about new arrivals and top sellers to inform customers.
• Merchandise, process damages, testers, and return items to vendors.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program and build lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Beauty team to showcase the full product range.
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals using POS and mobile tools.
• Open credit accounts to acquire new customers and drive loyalty.
