Job summary

Osmo, headquartered in Elizabeth, NJ, seeks a Ground‑Floor head of Quality Control to own QC end‑to‑end—from raw materials to finished fragrance. You’ll build the program, set standards, and make real-time accept/reject calls to ensure product integrity.

You’ll lead a QC team, implement robust QA systems, collaborate with Purchasing, Production and the AI team, and drive root‑cause investigations with CAPA actions. This role is on site in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Direct fragrance industry experience required; adjacent industries do not clear the bar.
• Strong track record building or fixing a QC process.
• Experience with quality documentation, audits, and CAPA processes.
• Willingness to work on-site in Elizabeth, NJ, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own raw material quality and finished goods quality decisions in real time.
• Build and continuously improve the QC program and documentation.
• Lead investigations and drive corrective actions for non-conforming materials.
• Run lab operations, maintain SOPs and calibration records.
• Track QC KPIs and manage a growing QC team.
