Job summary

International Cosmetics and Perfumes is seeking a Fragrance Specialist for Neiman Marcus Houston Galleria to deliver a branded customer experience and drive Creed sales across designated stores. You will partner with management to execute in-store events and presell launches, while maintaining attention to detail and exceptional service.

The role requires at least 3 years of retail sales experience in fragrance or luxury goods, strong communication, teamwork, and comfort with monthly meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships in-store.
• Experience with event planning and organizational tasks to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer experience and sales strategy in-store.
• Drive store-level retail sales and support Creed sales goals across designated stores.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote Creed and intersell; support presell launches and events.
• Execute action plans based on market calendars and collaborate with management.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and promote product knowledge.
• Attend and support morning meetings and store-wide events with management.
• Collaborate with team to drive all aspects of the business and presell events.
• Open/close duties if required by boutique location.
