International Cosmetics and Perfumes in Dallas North Park Boutique seeks a Fragrance Specialist to deliver a captivating customer experience and drive Creed brand sales. You will uphold our values of transparency, recognition, accountability, and communication while supporting the store team and leadership.

Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, achieving personal sales goals, running in-store events and presell launches, and collaborating with management to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience; fragrance or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong sales ability and proven relationship-building in retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using reporting tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer experience while supporting sales goals.
• Drive store-level sales by leading the Creed sales team in all stores.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote Creed through up-sell.
• Support market calendar-driven events and presell launches.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness.
• Attend and participate in morning and department meetings.
• Collaborate with management to drive all aspects of the business.
• Open and close shifts if boutique location requires.
