Job summary
Sennovate, Inc. is seeking a senior, hands-on Fractional CISO / Solutions Lead to drive revenue and co-sell with the CEO on multi-stakeholder cybersecurity engagements. You will own executive relationships, lead solution design, and shape the market narrative in fintech and healthcare security.
This role blends strategy with hands-on deal execution in a hybrid San Ramon setting. You must close complex deals, articulate value to CISOs and boards, and contribute to Sennovate’s portfolio and
Qualifications
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with consulting background and diverse clients.
- Proven track record closing security deals of $300K+ ARR.
- Deep understanding of regulated verticals (fintech or healthcare).
- Hands-on experience with current security platforms and cloud security.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to CISOs and board-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Co-sell with the CEO on major opportunities; be in the room for calls and proposals.
- Own executive relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, IT Directors, and Compliance leads.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proposal development for major pursuits.
- Translate security challenges into clear, commercially viable Sennovate solutions.
- Represent Sennovate at events and contribute to thought leadership.
