Job summary

Insurity is seeking a strategic Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise security, privacy, and AI governance for a growing SaaS provider. The CISO will translate risk into business decisions and partner with executive leadership across Cloud, Product, Legal, and Compliance to drive security programs.

The role requires building a scalable security organization, managing incidents, and aligning security with regulatory requirements while enabling growth and cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in information security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of executive or senior leadership experience in a CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Security, or comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise security operations program, including monitoring, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, detection and response, and incident handling.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Insurity’s enterprise information security strategy, policies, standards, and control framework.
• Establish AI security, governance, and risk-management practices across the organization.
• Report material risks and remediation plans to executive leadership and the Board.
