Job summary

Sennovate, Inc. is seeking a cybersecurity sales leader to build and own the go-to-market motion from the ground up. You’ll prospect and close, targeting CISOs and security leaders with a portfolio including managed SOC, MDR, identity, and AI security services.

You’ll own the revenue engine, write the sales playbook, and accelerate growth in a remote US environment. Equity opportunities accompany top performance in this pre-Series A stage.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity sales experience is required.
• Ability to speak the CISO's language (MTTD, MTTR, SOC operations, alert fatigue, compliance).
• Experience closing full-cycle deals in the $50K–$200K ARR range.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline from zero in mid-market (500–5,000 employees, $100M–$1B revenue).
• Sell managed SOC, MDR, identity, and AI security services directly to CISOs and security leaders.
• Close net-new ARR deals in the $50K–$200K range.
• Develop repeatable sales motion across verticals (healthcare, manufacturing, financial services).
• Partner with our technical team on discovery and POVs.
