Job summary

Ethos is seeking a financial planning analyst to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. Bring 3+ years FP&A experience and expert slide craftsmanship to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across monthly reports, bridges, waterfalls, and headcount/opex exhibits.

The role offers 5-20 hours per week, fully remote, with an ASAP start and compensation at $70/hour. Flexible commitment and strong written communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfalls, and headcount/opex exhibits.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and scenario analyses.
