Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of FP&A to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, and craft compelling financial exhibits and variance explanations for senior leadership.

This fully remote engagement offers 5–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, a compensation of $80/hour, and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling and financial exhibits.
• Experience creating monthly business review decks and KPI slides.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for AI-generated decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine presentations across quarterly and monthly workflows.
• Develop decks for MBRs, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and board packages.
• Produce KPI dashboard slides and long-range plan presentations.
