Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced financial planning analysts to help train their language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will build and refine AI-generated decks behind the numbers for monthly reporting, bridges and waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analysis.

This is a fully remote role, hourly compensation $70, with flexible 5-20 hours per week (more if desired), start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for monthly reporting.
• Build bridge and waterfall charts for finance reviews.
• Prepare headcount and opex exhibits.
• Develop scenario analysis pages and draft management commentary.
