Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A manager to help train a foundational AI model on professional presentation tasks. This remote, part-time role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start and compensation of $70/hour.

You will build and refine AI-generated financial decks, monthly reports, and scenario analyses, ensuring clear commentary for finance reviews while delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations and slides.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analysis pages, and commentary drafting for finance reviews.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates and accompanying notes for senior management reviews.
