WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting in a remote-first environment. You will manage core reporting processes, administer Workday Adaptive Insights, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to drive transparency across the business.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and cross-functional partnering to enable data-driven decision making in a growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work environment with ability to plan and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage users, model maintenance, and issue troubleshooting.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary and analysis.
• Own and improve recurring reporting packages and templates.
• Assist with board deliverables and budgeting/long-range planning.
• Partner with G&A leaders for budget vs. actual analyses and forecasts.
• Support ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.
