Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Manager, FP&A to act as a strategic finance partner for the US CXM portfolio. The role focuses on revenue forecasting, cost management, close operations, and P&L analysis acrossCXМ, partnering with client management, finance peers, and leadership to ensure accurate projections.

Responsibilities include leading forecasts, reviewing margins, performing scenario analyses, and ensuring IFRS 15 alignment while driving process improvements and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and cost management.
• 2+ years in a managerial or senior analytical role.
• Agency or professional services experience with client-facing P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support revenue forecasting and analysis for the US CXM portfolio.
• Manage cost forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Perform month-end close coordination with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide insights to leadership on profitability drivers and portfolio health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue recognition with IFRS 15 and systems integration.
