United States Digital Space LLC seeks a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead revenue and gross margin reporting, consolidate results across units, and partner with leadership for strategic insights.

You will improve planning processes, drive month-end close collaboration with accounting, and help automate reporting with modern tools. Remote-friendly US-wide candidate base with strong analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience with revenue, gross margin, or supply chain finance a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive) preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision of financial data and resolving discrepancies effectively.
• Ability to work cross functionally and communicate with or presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy.
• Demonstrated ability to operate well with ambiguity and build things from scratch.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
• High integrity, intellectual curiosity, self awareness, and a self starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in revenue and gross margin for the company, leading consolidated reporting, analysis, and insights.
• Consolidate financial results and forecasts across business units and functions into monthly and quarterly management packages.
• Partner with FP&A to understand drivers and evaluate financial impacts; highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity across planning systems, reporting tools, and financial models; promote best practices.
• Assist in driving month-end close and reporting, collaborating with accounting for accuracy and commentary.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting processes.
• Support implementation of Pigment planning tool.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and modeling as needed.
