Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and/or cost management.
• 2+ years in a managerial or senior analytical role.
• Agency or professional services experience strongly preferred; client-facing P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support revenue forecasting and analysis for the US CXM portfolio.
• Own or support labor and resource cost management, including variance analysis.
• Lead monthly variance analysis on cost, revenue, and actuals vs forecast.
• Coordinate month-end close processes and ensure P&L accuracy.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership on profitability and portfolio health.
• Collaborate on system improvements (Workfront/D365) to boost data flow and forecast reliability.
