Job summary

AlertMedia, a leading risk intelligence and response platform, is seeking an FP&A Manager to own financial planning end-to-end in a high-growth environment. You will report to the VP of FP&A and drive revenue forecasting, expense planning, and variance analysis with a data-driven mindset in the U.S.

Located in Austin with hybrid work, you will build scalable models, partner with business leaders, and prepare board-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning FP&A processes end-to-end.
• Expert-level Excel modeling from scratch.
• Experience with Claude or AI in modeling/reporting.
• Strong SaaS finance knowledge (ARR, churn).
• Experience with NetSuite; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting (ARR) and monthly reforecasts.
• Build annual operating plan and bottom-up expense forecasts.
• Model headcount and department expense plans.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Deliver monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis with narratives.
• Partner with business leaders for analytics support.
• Draft board materials with financial narratives.
• Support timely financial close with Accounting.
