Dentsu in New York seeks a Director to lead regional and local financial analysis, oversee monthly and quarterly reporting under IFRS, and drive process improvement across FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Transformation. Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial reporting (external audit, controllership, etc.) provides core expertise.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to explain variances and trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis under IFRS and internal policies.
• Review and challenge market financial submissions; identify variances, trends and inconsistencies.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on reporting, policy, transformation and M&A activity.
• Respond to inquiries from Group Reporting teams in London and Japan; support ad-hoc requests.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Transformation, and practice areas to resolve accounting issues.
• Support market finance controllers with monthly and quarterly reporting; analyze balance sheet, NWC, cash conversion, and cash flows.
• Prepare detailed analysis of regional balance sheet performance, net working capital, cash flow, and cash conversion metrics; provide insights for executive decision making.
• Assist with regional audit requests including quarterly analytics and regional PBCs.
• Support the Regional and US Controllers in ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and requests.
