Job summary

Hoxton Circle, a fast-growing technology company in New York, seeks an FP&A Manager to own business unit planning and reporting from the Senior Director of Finance. You’ll lead a small team of finance partners and partner with business leaders who rely on finance to drive decisions.

The role is four days on-site with clear runway as the team grows. You’ll own the monthly BU review, lead forecasting for P&L, headcount, and capex, and develop two finance partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or business-facing finance, including staff management.
• A true business partner who quickly learns how a business works and focuses on the drivers behind the numbers.
• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint, with presentation skills that land with senior, non-finance audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the work comes before a fixed schedule, and experienced partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Team-first, quick to pick things up, and energized by high expectations.

You'll take ownership of business unit planning and reporting from the Senior Director of Finance, lead a small team of finance partners, and work directly with business leaders who rely on finance to help them make decisions. The team is set to grow over the next few years, so there's real runway for the right person. The environment is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and genuinely collaborative, with a close-knit, family-oriented culture.

Note this role operates 4 days a week onsite.

What You'll Be Doing

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the work comes before a fixed schedule, and experienced partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Team-first, quick to pick things up, and energized by high expectations.
• Industry experience is helpful but not required.
