Hoxton Circle, a fast-growing technology company in New York, seeks an FP&A Manager to own business unit planning and reporting from the Senior Director of Finance. You’ll lead a small team of finance partners and partner with business leaders who rely on finance to drive decisions.

The role is four days on-site with clear runway as the team grows. You’ll own the monthly BU review, lead forecasting for P&L, headcount, and capex, and develop two finance partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or business-facing finance, including staff management.
• A true business partner who quickly learns how a business works and focuses on the drivers behind the numbers.
• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint, with presentation skills that land with senior, non-finance audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the work comes before a fixed schedule, and experienced partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Team-first, quick to pick things up, and energized by high expectations.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly business unit review process, delivering standardized, on-time packages every cycle.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand what drives their results and make the monthly review a tool they use to make decisions.
• Lead forecasting for business unit P&L, headcount, and capital expenditure, with a focus on improving accuracy year over year.
• Manage and develop two Business Unit Finance Partners, building their partnering and presentation skills as the team expands.
