Job summary

Brunel is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our finance team in Philadelphia. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, collaborating with operations, commercial, supply chain, and executive leadership to translate financial data into business impact and drive smarter decisions across a large matrixed organization.

You’ll own the planning processes, build strategic financial models, and foster close collaboration with JV partners and their finance teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, operational, or commercial finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA a plus).
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or multinational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlook processes.
• Build financial models that support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Own KPI development, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to operations and commercial teams.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and reporting standardization across FP&A.
