Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to build or work with integrated three-statement models.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and long-term financial plans.
• Build and maintain detailed three-statement financial models.
• Evaluate business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Track results against plan and explain key variances to business leaders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and other financial performance metrics.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with operational and corporate teams to improve financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes, and improve forecasting capabilities.
