Job summary

BlueRock Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director of FP&A to serve as the lead finance partner for Development and G&A and program teams. You will own clinical trial budgeting, the annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts, ensuring forecasts align with Bayer expectations and company strategy.

You will build advanced financial models, deliver monthly and board-ready reports, and partner with cross-functional leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or consulting preferred.
• Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel modeling using VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivots, and What-if scenarios.
• Knowledge of Oracle Planning Tools and Coupa (procurement) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans, budgets, and quarterly forecasts in partnership with Development and G&A teams.
• Lead advanced clinical trial budgeting and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and board materials.
• Coordinate with accounting for month-end close and provide financial analysis for reporting.
