Job summary

vTv Therapeutics LLC seeks an Associate Director, FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting and analysis across its clinical development programs, reporting to senior leadership. The role operates in a fully remote environment and collaborates daily with Clinical Operations, R&D, Accounting and G&A to support strategic decisions.

The candidate will build and own financial models, translate clinical timelines into forecasted spend, and provide insights for resource allocation and portfolio priorities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience, including biotech or pharmaceutical R&D.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel with ownership of opex and cash forecast models.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecast and long-range plan, including operating expense, headcount and cash flow models.
• Maintain cash runway and burn rate models for internal planning and external disclosures.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to forecast enrollment, site activation and contract spend.
• Support headcount and personnel cost planning with HR and Accounting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages and executive narratives for CFO, leadership and Board.
