Job summary

BlueRock Therapeutics, a Bayer subsidiary, seeks an Associate Director of FP&A to lead the Development & G&A finance partnership. You will drive clinical budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while delivering timely analyses and board-ready materials.

The role collaborates with Development leadership, G&A, and program leads to optimize financial outcomes. You will develop advanced budget models, manage monthly and quarterly reporting, and support executive decision-making with insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
8+ years FP&A or accounting experience preferred.
Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
Strong Excel modeling (Vlookup, Index/Match, Pivot) and finance understanding.
Familiarity with Oracle Planning Tools and Coupa preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Business Plan Budgets and quarterly forecasts for Development Team.
Oversee annual operating plan including headcount, clinical trial budgets, operating expenses, and capital investments.
Build advanced clinical trial models for long-range planning and portfolio analysis.
Serve as lead Finance partner in program team meetings and communicate key drivers and risks.
