Job summary

ADARx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Director/Director, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as the company advances its pipeline toward a public-company environment.

You will build integrated financial models for R&D programs, partner with clinical, program management, and accounting teams, and drive analytics, scenarios, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience with budgeting/forecasting/modeling and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop integrated financial models for OPEX, headcount, cash, and drivers.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate plans into forecasts and recommendations.
• Produce monthly/quarterly management reports and variance analyses.
• Understand pipeline, development plans, and cost drivers to improve forecasts.
• Monitor spend with CROs/vendors and align milestones with financial assumptions.
• Support close processes with accurate reporting and dashboards.
• Drive scalable FP&A processes, data governance, and tools.
